Youth Ministries at Calvary
Calvary UMC provides wonderful, exciting opportunities for students to form great friendships, serve others, and grow in knowledge of God! The goal of our familiy ministries team is to offer an accepting space for youth to have fun, be creative, and to learn about Jesus. Calvary really stresses the importance of youth involvement in worship as the church belongs to all ages. Youth at calvary are able to particpate in our music ministries, read liturgy, and serve on missions.

Confirmation Classes
at Calvary

Youth are invited to attend Confirmation classes led by the pastoral staff to learn more about faith, the church, and God in their lives. Our Confirmation classes include field trips into DC to see places of religious and historical importance such as the monuments and the National Cathedral and opportunties for service. Youth Group

Youth Group events are scheduled throughout the year for students in middle and high school. The group meets for mission, service, games and Bible discussion once a month from 4:30-6:30. To join the group for information, register here.

Calvary’s worship is one that invities everyone to get involved and share their spiritual gifts. Our youth are a vital part of both our liturgy and our music ministries.
